In June, 1991, T&W Electronics (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. was founded; in the coming September, the "T&W" trademark was successfully registered at the State Trademark Bureau.
At the end of 1992, the T&W Electronics factory was founded.
In November, 1998, Shanghai Gongjin Electronics Co. Ltd. was founded.
At the end of 1998, the TW55999 modem was successfully developed, which marked the company's development into the network communication industry.
In January, 2000, the first MOWAY STB was generated, laying a solid foundation for the company's development in the network communication industry.
At the end of 2001, the R&D department of T&W successfully launched ADSL products, which marked the company's engagement into the broadband industry.
In March, 2002, T&W passed the ISO9001:2000 upgrade audit.
In April, 2005, T&W obtained the ISO14001:2004 EMS certification.
In 2006, T&W implemented roundly the lead-free process to manufacture environment-friendly products and passed the ISO14000 EMS and CCC audits.
In November, 2007, T&W Electronics introduced the OHSAS18000 system.
In March, 2008, the investment project of establishing Taicang T&W Electronics Co. Ltd. was officially signed; in the next month, Taicang T&W Electronics was founded.
In July, 2008, Shanghai Gongjin Communications Technology Co. Ltd. was founded.
At the end of 2008, T&W was granted the titles of "Nanshan District Express of the Green Channel", "China High- and New- Technology Enterprise" and "Shenzhen Top 100 Enterprise".
In April, 2009, T&W attended the WAPI implementation and development conference and received favorable opinions from consultants of the Advisory Office of the State Council.
In July, 2009, T&W was granted the title of "Shenzhen Enterprise with Harmonious Labor Relationship".
In August 2009, T&W donated RMB 920,000 to set up a T&W hope primary school in Longnan — the fifth after one was set up in Xishui county, Guizhou province, in 2001, one in Zhenping city, Shanxi province, in 2005, and two in Yunnan province in 2007.
