Founded in 1998, Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Co. Ltd. (Gongjin Electronics) possesses the "T&W" trademark which was registered at the State Trademark Bureau in 1991. Gongjin Electronics has set up Taicang T&W Electronics Co, Ltd. and Shanghai Gongjin Communications Technology Co. Ltd. in succession.

Gongjin Electronics, engaging in professional R&D and manufacturing of R&D and manufacturing of computers, broadband and wireless telecom equipment, and network video products, is a leading provider for China's telecom enterprises and the largest manufacturer of DSL products in China. Its products have been supplied to areas from China to all over the world and widely applied to fields such as finance, education, telecom, securities and homes.

The headquarter of Gongjin Electronics is located in Baiying Building, #1019, Nanhai Road, Shenzhen city, Guangdong province. As the manufacturing and ODM sales base in the Pearl River Delta, Gongjin Electronics possesses the Gongjin Electronics factory which takes up 60,000 square meters. With advanced equipment and computerized management, the Gongjin Electronics factory holds a production capability of more than 2,000,000pcs per month. Gongjin Electronics, with an annual production value of more than 2 billion RMB, has its own R&D center and global ODM sales center. In order to adapt to rapid development of the company, Gongjin Electronics has merged the Shenzhen T&W Electronics Co. Ltd. by the end of 2009, incorporating its original businesses and functions.

Gongjin Electronics set up Taicang T&W Electronics and Shanghai Gongjin Technology in 2008. Taicang T&W Electronics, founded in April, 2008, takes up 100,000 square meters and works as the manufacturing base in the Yangtze River Delta; the establishment of Shanghai Gongjin Technology will improve the overall R&D skills of Gongjin Electronics and push it into a new stage.
