Positions: Fresh Master Graduate
Responsibilities: Be responsible for hardware and software development of products of T&W
Requirements: 1. Fresh master graduate of a 211 Project university in 2009 and 2010
2. Major in science or engineering, with excellent graduation scores
3. With fast learning skills and excellent professional ethics
4. With high sense of responsibility, spirits of professional dedication, team work and service awareness
5. Able to face challenges and undertake high pressure
6. Excellent Chinese and English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) This is an internship position, which adapts the principles of the tutorial system.
T&W provides accommodation and allowances during internship.
Any fresh master graduate who passes the evaluation at the end of internship will become a formal employee of T&W.

Positions: Component Engineer
Responsibilities: 1. Instructing, regulating and managing selection of components
2. Establishing, maintaining and managing the preferred-component base
3. Conducting certification reviews of components and providing normalized management guidance
4. Working out material standards
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above
2. With profound circuit knowledge and at least 2 years' working experience in product development
3. Proficient in promotion of component standards, with at least 3 years' experience at the same position in large-scale electronic enterprise and experience in establishment, promoting and management of the preferred-component base
4. Familiar with performance indexes, inspection standards, test conditions and processes of electronic components
5. With excellent organization, communication and expression skills and a sense of amiability
6. Patient, careful, responsible, and able to undertake pressure
7. Proficient in basic computer operation and Microsoft Office; excellent in English and able to read technical English materials
 

Positions: Headhunter Specialist
Responsibilities: 1. Assisting the operation of the company's headhunting projects and conducting specific headhunting activities, including searching, selecting, evaluating and recommending talents
2. Collecting and clearing up industrial information, developing talent exploration channels, obtaining dynamic information about middle/top-class talents in the industry and providing regular HR feasibility reports on high-end talent recruitment
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in HR-related field, with at least 3 years' working experience in recruitment and at least 1 year's experience as headhunting consultant in the telecommunication or IT industry
2. Rich in exploring and persistence spirits and passions for pursuing success
3. Active and initiative; communicative and coordinative; able to learn new knowledge and skills fast
4. Able to plan and draft consulting and project reports, with excellent writing groundwork
5. With high sense of responsibility and team work spirit
6. Able to undertake frequent business trips
 

Positions: System Planning Engineer
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the establishment, running and maintenance of the TL9000 management system
2. Perfecting system files and monitoring the running of the management system to ensure that corresponding requirements are satisfied
3. Promoting the standardization of business processes based on requirements of the management system
4. Providing guides and trainings for other departments during the running of the management system
5. Preparing materials and auditing activities for the system audit based on product certification requirements to complete the certification
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years' working experience in the electronic product manufacturing industry
2. In possession of the internal auditor certificate recognized by any national authoritative institution
3. Proficient in the authentication and management of the TL9000 management system
4. Experience in promotion and authentication of any two of the ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001/QC080000/SA8000/ISO27000 systems preferred
5. Good command of management, organization and communication skills; with a high sense of responsibility and spirit of professional dedication
6. Quick thinking and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in HR or related management major, with at least 2 years' working experience in HR recruitment
