| Responsibilities: |
1. Managing admin activities and tasks of the company
2. Planning and organizing group activities of the company
2. Managing the overall admin and logistics affairs of the company, including the canteens, dorms, environment and security affairs
3. Handling work-irrelevant admin and logistics affairs of personnel
4. Managing admin and logistics service personnel (including admin cadres, canteen staff, dorm administrators, cleaning staff and security staff)

| Requirements: |
1. Bachelor's degree or above in management-related field
2. At least 10 years' admin management experience in medium/large manufacturing enterprise and at least 5 years' experience as department manager
3. Familiar with the features of staff management in the Yangtze River Delta, sources of admin and logistics service personnel, management measures, and local laws and regulations
4. Able to plan admin and logistics management schemes and develop admin documents and work instructions of the company
5. Amiable, communicative, and able to work overtime |
