Gongjin Electronics Launches the 2025 Chaoyang Plan

On August 30th, the kick-off meeting for the Gongjin Electronics 2025 High-Potential Talent Development Project - Chaoyang Plan was held simultaneously in Pingshan and Taicang campuses via video conference. Long Xiaojing, the company's Deputy General Manager, Chen Kai, the General Manager of the Human Resources Administration Center, representatives from various business units, and the HRBP team attended the meeting together. On the same day, 57 trainees from both locations also participated in the "Growth Classroom" series of training.
 
Liu Jing, the representative of the project team, gave a detailed introduction to the overall design and training path of the "Chaoyang Plan". This project focuses on enhancing the professional abilities of high-potential talents. Through precise courses and systematic training, it connects personal development with core job competencies, establishes a fast track for talent growth, and fosters mutual growth between employees and the company.
 
In the style show segment, the teams from the South China class, namely "Vitality Team", "Heroic Team", "On the Same Path Team", and "Brilliance Team", as well as the teams from the East China class, namely "All Together Team", "Sunrise in the East Team", "Wuha Team", and "Black Tiger Team", made their appearances in sequence. Each team showcased their team spirit in creative ways, creating a lively atmosphere on the scene and fully reflecting the passion and cohesion of young talents.
 
In the "Role Model Power" session, Liu Mingjiang from the Pingshan Planning Department and Wu You from the Asia-Pacific Sales Center, as outstanding alumni, shared their learning experiences. They encouraged new students to actively learn, fully engage, and express themselves boldly, drawing insights from the exchange of ideas.
 
In her speech, Chen Kai emphasized that the "Chaoyang Plan" serves as a crucial support for the implementation of the company's strategy, aiming to broaden the horizons of trainees and help them achieve self-improvement. She elaborated on the company's "four-category talent standards" and dual-channel career development mechanism, pointing out that the enterprise urgently needs versatile talents with interdisciplinary knowledge, comprehensive abilities, and a global perspective to drive continuous innovation within the organization.
 
Dong Hao, the product platform manager, shared the key path for the growth of technical and product talents based on his own experience. He hoped that all the trainees would dare to put forward ideas, participate in cross-departmental collaboration, hone their abilities in the process of solving practical problems, and become a new force driving product upgrades.
 
In her concluding speech, Long Xiaojing pointed out that the term "Chaoyang" represents the company's expectations and trust in young people, and the "Chaoyang Plan" serves as an "accelerator" and "training ground" for high-potential talents. The company is continuously advancing its three major strategies of "global operation, product leadership, and digital and intelligent manufacturing", with the goal of achieving ten billion yuan in revenue and high-quality development. All of this is inseparable from the implementation of the core value of "customer first". She encouraged the trainees to take the training as an opportunity to deeply understand the company's strategy, proactively build a knowledge system oriented towards AI and the future, master innovative methods and digital and intelligent tools, and strive to grow into systematic talents with both technical and market perspectives, translating what they have learned into practical business results.
