On the afternoon of September 9th, on the occasion of the 41st Teachers' Day, Tongwei Training School held a grand "Gongjin Electronic 2025 Training Work Conference and Tongwei Training School Excellent Commendation Conference" with the theme of "Cultivating Talents with Intelligence, Adapting to Market Changes, and Fostering Growth through Talent Leadership". Long Xiaojing delivered a summary of the 2025 academic year training initiatives and outlined the work plan for 2026. She reviewed the key accomplishments of the 2025 training programs and articulated the strategic priorities for the upcoming academic year. The 2026 training framework will closely align with the company's three core strategies: "global operations, product leadership, and smart manufacturing," while fully integrating a "customer-centric" approach. This will be achieved through systematic implementation of the "243" talent development system. Based on corporate strategic objectives and operational challenges, the 2026 training agenda will prioritize five critical areas to strengthen organizational capabilities holistically, with enhanced AI integration throughout the training lifecycle.
In the AI training application sharing session, training project manager Chen Chenglong showcased the landing scenarios of AI in areas such as course preparation, course selection, Q&A, coaching, and exams, reflecting Xuetang's active exploration and effectiveness in intelligent training operations.
The conference solemnly commended the outstanding individuals and teams who have performed well in the past academic year: ten outstanding training administrators of the "Star Chain Award"; Twenty "Wenquxing" learning experts; Ten "North Star" Top Ten Mentors; Ten outstanding learning teams of the 'Galactic Fleet'; Ten gold medal lecturers and ten outstanding lecturers in the second "Gold Medal Lecturer" competition.
